Standard Training Interpersonal Communication
Skills Workshop
A three day (24 hour) workshop of in-depth interpersonal
communication skills. Skills covered include paraphrasing,
reflecting feelings, pacing, predicate matching, caring confrontation,
problem solving and internal dialog.
Teens and Parents -- Listening to Each Other
A four-hour or eight-hour workshop designed to get parents
and teens listening to each other. The four-hour workshop
concentrates on basics of listening. The eight-hour workshop
adds the basic active listening skills to the four-hour workshop.
